Rodrigo Manríquez Luna

lawyer and certified real estate broker.

I am Rodrigo Manríquez Luna, a lawyer from the Alberto Hurtado University, a real estate broker certified by the Chilean Real Estate Institute and an urban appraiser certified by the University of Talca. Also, founder of Raíz Legal Propiedades.

In my career as a professional, I have focused mainly on helping people, understanding that it is not just about selling properties, but a service to a person who has needs and that in connection with those needs I collaborate to deliver a personalized service.

In the teams that I have led, I have always proposed to carry out collaborative work, in which each person contributes with their knowledge and work to a final task. For this type of team, all people are important, since each one brings something new that enriches everyone's work. For this reason I have developed a strategic relationship with real estate market agents to generate collaborative and virtuous environments.

For all of the above, my work has become my passion, since through this work, I have the possibility of supporting many people collaboratively in an important milestone in their lives, such as choosing a place to live. or where to invest.
